What is Game of the Generals?
Game of the Generals, also called Salpakan or GG, is a two-player Filipino strategy board game invented by Sofronio H. Pasola, Jr. in 1970. Each side commands 21 pieces with hidden military ranks on a 9×8 board. You win by capturing the enemy Flag or marching your own Flag to the far edge, so bluffing and deduction matter as much as the pieces themselves.

How does the arbiter work in an online game?
In the tabletop game a neutral arbiter compares ranks when two pieces clash. Here the server plays arbiter: it resolves every challenge and reveals only which piece leaves the board, so ranks stay secret and nobody can cheat.
Which piece beats the Spy?
Only a Private can eliminate a Spy. The Spy in turn beats every officer from Sergeant up to the five-star General, which is why Private placement is the heart of most formations.
